POWER YOGA
This powerful class blends the intensity of a vigorous workout with the mindfulness of yoga. Expect a fast-paced or maybe a slow-paced sequence of poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina, while keeping you fully engaged. Ideal for those looking to push their physical limits, Power Up offers a challenging practice that cultivates focus, balance, and an invigorated sense of well-being. This class is designed to challenge your strength and coordination through powerful asanas and creative transitions. Through a progressive flow to reach a peak pose or peak flow. Unlearn and rethink your way of using your energy and elevating your body awareness while switching the focus to the inside. Bring your towel - it might get slippy :)

VINYASA YOGA
is a dynamic style that combines movement and breath in a continuous flow. In our classes, you will be guided through a series of postures that link together fluidly, improving your strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class is different, which keeps the practice varied and exciting while helping you connect with your body and mind. It is ideal for all levels, as you can adapt the postures to your own pace and ability.

YOGA & MOBILITY
During this class, we focus on promoting flexibility, mobility, and body awareness. This class is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their flexibility and release tension, regardless of their experience level. Gentle mobilization, flowing movements, focus on body awareness, relaxation, and regeneration. The class ends with a deep relaxation phase where you can fully absorb the benefits of the practice.

BUDOKON YOGA
In this class, we will flow through a mix of the signature and foundational asanas and transitions of the Budokon Yoga Primary, Secondary Series, and Budokon Mobility. We will work deeply on strength and flexibility as well as various arm balances and transitions, building up a strong and slow Budokon Flow, finding elements of martial arts, mobility, meditation, calisthenics, and animal locomotion. Precision, body control, and mental concentration play a crucial role. Repetition is key.

BUDOKON YOGA (BASICS)
A breakdown of all basics asanas found in our Budokon Primary Series. This class will be based on alignment, strength, and focus, connected with the breath. What you learn in this class will help you better understand each Budokon Asana and TRansition and how to activate each muscle on your body, rooting from the feet up to the hands. This will count as the best foundation for your practice later on. You can attend the class regardless of your experience in yoga, as there are variations on all exercises and we practice very calmly and mindfully.

ALIGNMENT & CONDITIONING
This class focuses on using body weight to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Each session begins with a warm-up and drills targeting specific muscle groups.
We will focus on the muscle activation of specific asanas, holding the asanas for a few breaths to acknowledge our bodies just a bit deeper, going from Downdog to all the Warriors, and then releasing all on our chill-out mode.

BUDOKON YIN
Join us for a unique blend of the principles of Yin with gentle flowing Budokon Mobility transitions to shifting from pose to pose through mini mobility drills and shifting into the next yin pose holding for some minutes to let go and relax.This class is designed to cultivate deep relaxation while inviting soft mobility and flexibility in the body, focusing on softening and lengthening the ligaments and reaching deep into the fascia. Fascia connects all connective tissues (that means the muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, and blood) Fascia holds together the entire body. You will leave feeling balanced and renewed.

YIN YOGA
A mindful style of Yoga that uses longer holds to access the fascia and connective tissue in the body. In this class postures are passive asanas, mainly done on the floor. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscles and move closer to the bone. It is not uncommon to see postures held 3-5 minutes.
The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation. Yin Yoga offers much deeper access to the body, particularly the fascia. Fascia connects all connective tissues (that means the muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments and blood) and holds together the entire body. You will leave feeling balanced and renewed.

This session focuses on alignment, strength, and flexibility through sustained poses, helping to build endurance and mental clarity.
Ideal for those looking to enhance their practice, this class will challenge both body and mind while fostering inner balance and relaxation.
