1. Applicability of the General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts between EstůYoga and its customers unless otherwise agreed upon in specific cases. "Customers" (hereinafter referred to as "you") refers to all persons authorized by EstůYoga (hereinafter referred to as "we") to use the course offerings as outlined in section 2.
2. Conclusion of the Contract and Booking
Under sections 145 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB), contracts between us (EstůYoga) and you (customers) are concluded through offer and acceptance. Once you sign up or book for the yoga classes, workshops, seminars, or other services (hereinafter referred to as the "Course Offering") we offer, it constitutes a binding offer from you to conclude an appropriate contract as per § 145 BGB. Registration/booking is primarily done through the online booking platform Eversports (via the course schedule or https://www.estuyoga.com/scheduleeversports, select the desired course –> sign up with your email address –> choose the payment method) or through a registration form in the studio (for drop-in visits), or in exceptional cases, via email, letter, or phone call (also for EGYM Wellpass & Hansefit members). For Urban Sports Club (USC) members, registration and booking are done exclusively via the USC app.
Our acceptance of the booking occurs when we send an email confirmation of registration or payment (which may be generated by Eversports) or when you sign the contract. Unless otherwise agreed, you are only entitled to participate in a booked course offering if you have fully paid the corresponding invoice amount.
For workshops, full payment is a prerequisite for securing a spot.
3. Course Offering
3.1 Scope and Execution of the Course Offering
At EstůYoga, we offer yoga classes, workshops, seminars, and other services, in a specifically rented room, located at Eduardstrasse 48, 20257 Hamburg.
3.2 Opening Hours and Changes to the Course Offering
Our studio's opening hours and the current course offering can be found on our website (www.estuyoga.com).
The studio opens about 15 minutes before the start of the class. Registration is contactless: simply confirm your arrival by giving your name to the teacher, and they can check you in.
For in-person participation, access to the yoga studio is only possible until the start of the event. After that, i.e., in case of lateness, there is no entitlement to access or participation in the course. During the course, the studio is no longer accessible from the outside. This is to ensure undisturbed participation in the yoga class.
We reserve the right to make necessary changes regarding opening hours, course offerings, and the teachers or instructors. This also includes short-term studio closures, maintenance, potential holidays, and reduced courses or cancellations during and between public holidays. We will inform you about such changes promptly via our website (www.estuyoga.com) and on-site in the studio.
Regarding workshops, we reserve the right not to hold or to reschedule the event if fewer than five participants have registered by five days before the event, or if unforeseen events occur (e.g., instructor illness). If you are affected, we will inform you about the cancellation or rescheduling by email. In this case, we will offer you participation in a substitute date or another workshop. In both cases, any already paid fees will be credited. If you do not wish to participate in a substitute date or alternative workshop, we will refund the paid fees.
CLASS PASSES & PACKAGES
STARTER PACK & TRY OUT CARD
Get to know our classes & teachers.
Both trial offers are valid for one customer, are personal, and are non-transferable to others.
The validity period of the trial offer is 2 weeks from the time of first use. Within these 14 days, you can attend any yoga courses held at the studio or online via Zoom (whether 60, 75, or 90 minutes long).

Attend all classes of your choice. Valid for any of our Studio or Outdoor classes.

Valid for 15 consecutive days (Starter Pack) starting from the first class taken

3.4 Monthly Passes, 10-Class Passes, 6-Class Passes, and Single Tickets
We offer monthly passes, 10-class passes, 6-class passes, and single tickets that entitle you to book or participate in our regularly offered yoga classes. Workshops, course series, and private lessons are excluded.
Monthly passes, 10-class passes, 6-class passes, and single tickets are valid for one customer, are personal, and are non-transferable to others. Only in exceptional cases (e.g., pregnancy, relocation, permanent illness, or injury) can the passes be transferred to others. This requires prior coordination with us, and we kindly ask for written information via email to info@estuyoga
After their expiration date, monthly passes, 10-class passes, and 6-class passes, there is no entitlement to a refund of the paid fees.
Only in exceptional cases (e.g., pregnancy or a severe and permanent injury/illness lasting more than three weeks with a doctor's certificate) can the validity period of monthly passes, 10-class passes, and 6-class passes be extended for the duration of the illness free of charge. This requires prior coordination with us, and we kindly ask for written information via email to info@estuyoga.com.

“Late cancel” and “no show” reservations will be charged to your account via Invoice at a rate of 8€ for each class missed.
3.5 Membership
We offer you a membership that entitles you to book or participate in an unlimited number of our regularly offered yoga classes (both studio and online courses) every month. Workshops, events, specials, course series, and private lessons are excluded. As a member, you will receive a 10% discount on workshops.
Additionally, after prior consultation with us (e.g., by email), you have the option to bring a friend who is new to the yoga studio for a free yoga session. This means their trial class is free.

Please note the following:

Membership is valid for one customer at a time, is personal and non-transferable to third parties.

Membership can be concluded on the desired start date by booking online with Eversports or by signing a membership agreement (please contact us by e-mail).

Membership is continuous and renews automatically every month.

No Registration Fee
-
Membership has a minimum term of 3 months.
-
Membership has a notice period of 1 month to the end of the month.

‘Late cancellations’ and ‘no show’ will be charged via Invoice at a rate of €8 for each class missed

Not eligible for refund or transfer (except for medical reasons and with doctor’s certificate.

Cancelling your membership:
-
Must be made in writing to EstůYoga, Winnie Collins / Sibille Quentin, Eduardstrasse 48, 20257 Hamburg.

If the membership was concluded online via Eversports, termination is also possible online via Eversports.

Extraordinary termination is only possible in the event of a hard lockdown, pregnancy, moving away from Hamburg or a serious and permanent injury/illness upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Payment:
-
Payment of the monthly fee is made by credit card (when booking online via Eversports). If the contract is concluded in writing (via prior contact by e-mail), payment can be made by SEPA direct debit or by bank transfer.

If services offered are not used, this does not release you from the obligation to make the monthly payments. A refund of fees paid is excluded. Nor is there any entitlement to a reduction in the monthly installments.

We reserve the right to make changes to the course offer. The customer undertakes to inform the teacher before the start of the course of any facts that could lead to accidents or injuries, such as illnesses, injuries, pregnancy, or similar. The customer participates in each class at its own risk.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 Prices
Our current price list is available on our website https://www.estuyoga.com/cards-prices and on-site at the yoga studio. You can find the regular and discounted prices and fees for our course offerings, as well as additional information regarding the booking of the course offerings.
4.2 Due Date and Form of Payment
Prices and fees for booking or participating in our course offerings are due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed. For regular online bookings, payment is made via one of the online payment systems offered by Eversports (e.g., PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, etc.) or by credit card. For drop-in participation, prices or fees can be paid on-site at the yoga studio via EC card (NO CASH). Payment can also be made by voucher or by bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice, upon prior arrangement.
For USC, EGYM Wellpass and HanseFit members, the successful check-in after scanning the QR code at the studio counter with your USC app/ EGYM Wellpass app / HanseFit app is required to participate in the course. The course is considered paid only after this successful check-in (green check-in tick in your app or check-in confirmation in our partner portal).
If you are an EGYM Wellpass member or a HanseFit member, booked via Eversports, and your check-in is missing (e.g., due to app or phone issues, forgetting to scan the QR code, or other reasons), you are required to pay a fee of €13. This will be invoiced to you afterward.
4.3 Discounts, Promotions, and Vouchers
Discounts or promotions can only be redeemed during the specified period, and vouchers can only be used in their original form. Only one discount can be applied per booking. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
4.4 CANCELLATION WINDOW/NO SHOWS, LATE ATTENDANCE, AND LATE CANCELLATIONS
FOR STUDIO/OUTDOOR CLASSES

All Studio/Outdoor classes are subject to a 12-hour cancellation window before the start of the class

If you do not attend a booked class or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will still be charged for the class

The 12-hour cancellation policy allows us to offer your place to another student
-
For Studio/Outdoor classes: please arrive at the studio 15-10 minutes before your class starts
-
Late arrivals will not be let in after the class has started (a 5-minute tardiness might be accepted)
WHY CANCEL YOUR CLASS?
The 12-hour cancellation limit allows us to offer your place to another student.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR CLASS?
If you booked with our cards or through Hansefit or Egym Wellpass:
log in to your Everports App and go to the “My Bookings” tab, where you can view and cancel your upcoming booked classes. When you cancel your booking, our class credit will be refunded automatically if booked using a card.
If a card payment was made for a single class, the credit will remain active on your account for 1 week.
STUDIO/OUTDOOR
In case of late cancellation after 12 hours:

Egym and Hansefit bookers, you will receive an Invoice with a charge of 10€

If you have a Membership with us, you will receive an Invoice with a charge of 5€
In case of No-Show:

Egym and Hansefit bookers, you will receive an Invoice with a charge of 13€

If you have a Membership with us, you will receive an Invoice with a charge of 8€
CARDS

All cards have an expiration date and are non-refundable
-
Starter Pack expires 13 days from the first day of purchase

10 Block Cards expire 12 months after purchase.

5 Block Cards expire 6 months after purchase.
MONTHLY PACK

Expires 30 days after purchase. It won't renew.
MEMBERSHIPS

Early cancellations are subject to a €89 cancellation fee and require 10 days ' written notice.

The written notice must be sent to EstůYoga, Winnie Collins / Sibille Quentin, Eduardstrasse 48, 20257 Hamburg.

Memberships will auto-renew unless written notice is given at least 10 days before the end of the 3-month term. The fee will be charged to your credit card or bank account.
PRIVATE CLASSES

Pre-payment at the time of booking is required

Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session will receive full credit toward a future Private Lesson

Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
WORKSHOPS

Pre-payment in full is required at the time of registration
-
Note the cancellation terms of each workshop, they tend to vary

If EstůYoga cancels a workshop, a full credit or refund will be issued
-
EstůYoga reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion
5. NEW FAMILY ACCOUNT THROUGH EVERSPORTS
Family account instructions:
You can easily book for yourself and additional people via Eversports by creating a family account.
Please note that this function is only available on a desktop computer or laptop and cannot be used via smartphone.
To create a Family Account, please follow these steps:
1) Log in to your Eversports account. Click on your name at the top right and then on “My bookings”.
2) You will now be taken to a new view. Click on your name again at the top right and then almost at the bottom on “Book for a family member”. You can now create a family account.
3) Now enter the first and last name of your companion (this does not necessarily have to be a family member; it can also be a friend or similar) and click on “Create and continue”. Your family member has now been created and can be selected for your booking.
When you log in to Eversports as the owner of the family account, the system will ask who you would like to book for.
