SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR CLASS?
Yes, please register in advance for the yoga course you would like to attend via our course schedule. If you are unable to come after all, please cancel in good time. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the class.
DO YOU WORK WITH OTHER PARTNERS?
Yes, we have partnerships with Egym Wellpass, Hansefit, and Urban Sports Club.
EGYM WELLPASS:

Just one check-in per day is valid.

To check in open the Wellpass app & scan the QR code at the counter (otherwise, the class is still unpaid).

You will need the Eversports app to process your bookings (cancellations etc.)

No Shows will be charged (10€ Invoice will be sent)

Late Cancellations will be charged (13€ Invoice will be sent)
HANSEFIT:
- Just one check-in per day is valid.

To check in open the HanseFit app & scan the QR code at the counter (otherwise, the class is still unpaid).
- You will need the Eversports app to process your bookings (cancellations etc.)

URBAN SPORTS CLUB:
- You can take part in our studio with your USC membership (M/L/XL).
- Only one check-in is possible per day.

To check in open the USC app & scan the QR code at the counter (otherwise, the class is still unpaid).
- To cancel a class or wish to change your booking, this can only be done via your USC app.
- If you have any questions or technical challenges, please always contact USC customer support directly. Unfortunately, we do not have access to USC bookings.
UNTIL WHEN MAY I CANCEL A BOOKING?
Classes may be canceled free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the course. After that, 100% of the course fee is due.
The following rules apply especially for those with Memberships or Monthly Passes:

In the event of late cancellation, i.e. cancellation of your registration less than 12 hours before the start of the course, a late cancellation fee of €5 will be charged. We will invoice you for this afterward.

In the event of a no-show despite registration, a no-show fee of €10 will be charged. We will invoice you for this afterwards.

Ideally, you should download the Eversports app onto your smartphone and use it to cancel your place (cancel activity -> release place).
SHOULD I BRING MY MAT?
Please bring your yoga mat. If you don't have one, you can rent a studio mat for 1 euro.
All other studio yoga props, i.e. blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps etc. can be used free of charge during the class.
WHAT KIND OF CLOTHES SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend comfortable sportswear, i.e. something you feel comfortable in and can move well in. This could be long sports trousers, a T-shirt or top and something warm to relax in at the end.
MAY I ATTEND CLASSES EVEN THOUGH I'M NOT FLEXIBLE?
Of course, regular practice will improve your flexibility. Yoga practice is about being aware of your body and getting to know it better, stretching and relaxing with your physical capabilities.
