The cancellation deadline for all classes is 12 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations are made independently by the customer in the customer account. To do this, log in to your Eversports. If you cancel promptly, one credit (access to a class) will be credited. Payouts and repayments are excluded in any case. Unfortunately, we cannot consider emails with short-term cancellation requests.
