Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before booking your retreat:

1. Registration and Payment Terms

Registration is binding for both parties. This means you are guaranteed your place, and I am entitled to receive the full invoice amount.
To secure your spot, a non-refundable registration fee of €500 per person is required. This deposit is due within 72 hours of receiving your booking confirmation email.
The remaining balance of the retreat fee is due by April 12, 2026.
If either the deposit or the remaining balance is not received by the respective due dates, the reservation may be cancelled and the deposit retained.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before April 12, 2026, are non-refundable. You will forfeit 100% of the retreat fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 12, 2026.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Once the replacement participant has paid in full, your payment will be refunded minus a €50 administrative fee.
By transferring your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

3. Organizer’s Rights and Responsibilities

In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the retreat due to insufficient participant numbers, you will receive a full refund of both the registration and retreat fees.
The organizer reserves the right to: Make changes to the retreat schedule. Offer discretionary discounts. Any such discounts do not apply retroactively to guests who have already paid the full price.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Travel arrangements and expenses are your own responsibility. The organizer is not responsible for organizing or covering travel costs.
You are liable for any damages to the retreat property, including the house, grounds, pool, and facilities.
You must ensure that you are medically and physically fit to participate in retreat activities and to use the facilities.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance, including cancellation cover.

The organizer is not liable for any disruptions or failures beyond their control, including but not limited to:
