What this training is about
This four-day program is an immersive introduction to the Budokon Yobility Primary Series with Melayne Shayne. Yobility blends the structure and strength of Budokon Yoga with the fluidity and freedom of Budokon Mobility. The result: a modern movement system that sharpens awareness, builds intelligent strength, and reconnects you to natural movement. The teacher trainee group is limited to 20 participants, ensuring personal guidance from Melayne, her team of Budokon Ambassadors, and ESTŮYOGA studio owner Winnie Collins.
