Level 3 - This class is suitable for those with regular Budokon Yoga practice.

Deepen your Budokon practice thru a special monster 90-minute sessions, a class combining elements of Budokon Yoga & Budokon Mobility, deepening your mind and body into contracting & expanding thru a strong but soft controlled flow, encountering martial art stances, animal locomotion, arm balances, free movement form.

Drills and skills are the main principles during this session.

This class is perfect for those who want a powerful and physically demanding practice.
