Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before booking your retreat:

1. Registration and Payment Terms

Registration is binding for both parties. This means you are guaranteed your place, and I am entitled to receive the full invoice amount.
To secure your spot, a non-refundable registration fee of €500 per person is required. This deposit is due within 72 hours of receiving your booking confirmation email.
The remaining balance of the retreat fee is due by March 30, 2027.
If either the deposit or the remaining balance is not received by the respective due dates, the reservation may be cancelled and the deposit retained.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing.

More than 4 months before the retreat start date (before January 30):
The €500 deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments will be refunded.
Between 4 and 2 months before the retreat start date (January 30 – March 30):
The €500 deposit and 15% of the total retreat price are non-refundable.
Between 2 months and 1 week before the retreat start date (March 30 – May 23):
The €500 deposit and 35% of the total retreat price are non-refundable.
Less than 1 week before the retreat start date (from May 23) or in case of no-show:
The full retreat amount is non-refundable.

3. Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. This is subject to prior approval.
Once the replacement participant has been confirmed and payment has been received in full, your payment will be refunded minus a €50 administrative fee.

By transferring your registration, the new participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending the retreat.

5. Organizer’s Rights and Responsibilities

In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the retreat due to insufficient participant numbers, you will receive a full refund of both the registration and retreat fees.
The organizer reserves the right to: Make changes to the retreat schedule. Offer discretionary discounts. Any such discounts do not apply retroactively to guests who have already paid the full price.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Travel arrangements and expenses are your own responsibility. The organizer is not responsible for organizing or covering travel costs.
You are liable for any damages to the retreat property, including the house, grounds, pool, and facilities.
You must ensure that you are medically and physically fit to participate in retreat activities and to use the facilities.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance, including cancellation cover.

The organizer is not liable for any disruptions or failures beyond their control, including but not limited to:
