Yoga Retreat 
Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully before confirming your registration:

 

1. Booking & Payment

  • Registration is binding for both parties. This means you have a guaranteed spot, and we are entitled to the full payment as per your selected room type.

  • To secure your place, full payment is required based on your room selection.

  • If payment (either deposit or balance) is not received by the specified due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund terms apply:

  • Free cancellation until August 24, 2025

  • 80% refund of the paid amount until 15:00 on August 25, 2025

  • 60% refund of the paid amount until 15:00 on September 24, 2025

  • 20% refund of the paid amount until 15:00 on October 24, 2025

  • No refund will be issued after October 24, 2025

 

3. Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Once the replacement participant has completed their payment, you will be refunded your retreat fee minus a €50 administrative fee.

By transferring your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

4. Organizer Policies

  • If the retreat is cancelled by us (e.g., due to insufficient participants), all payments will be refunded in full.

  • We are not responsible for organizing or covering your travel expenses.

  • The retreat schedule is subject to change.

  • The organizer may offer discretionary discounts. These do not affect participants who have already paid the full price; no retroactive discounts will be applied.

 

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused to the retreat property, including the house, grounds, pool, and facilities.

  • You must ensure that you are medically and physically fit to participate in the retreat and use the facilities.

  • We recommend that you take out travel insurance with cancellation cover.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Airport closures

  • Transportation delays

  • Accidents

  • Failures by third-party providers (e.g., suppliers, subcontractors)

 

7. Language

The retreat will be conducted in English and German.
