The best kind of evening to close out the year! Someone’s hands on your tired legs, and a sound bath to carry you home. Slow down, give and receive, and let the sound carry you. A 120-minute evening of Thai yoga bodywork with Winnie, accompanied by a live sound bath with Trini. Bring your favourite person (partner, friend, sibling), or come alone and we’ll pair you.

How the evening goes

We start with a short arrival, so you can settle into your body. Then Winnie shows you a few simple Thai yoga moves: how to use your hands, forearms and body weight so the work feels soft and safe for both of you. You take turns giving and receiving, about 20 - 40 minutes each. We work through the legs and hips first, then shoulders, back and neck, all over clothing…
