Join Svenja for one of her signature classes: Liquid Flow
Liquid Flow is based on classical yoga styles like Ashtanga and Iyengar. While focussing on breath and alignment its creative sequencing will take you into more complex poses like arm balances, backbends and inversions.
Dive into a deep 90 minute practice, surf on the flow of your breath and get ready to play!
