We invite you to dice into an Advanced Yoga class to deepen your practice through dynamic flows and mindful breathwork.

We will begin with Pranayama, to enhance energy and mental clarity. This will be followed by an invigorating Asana sequence, Santiago's specialty combining challenging postures such as inversions, arm balances, and deep stretches with building strength, flexibility, and focus.

The class will conclude with Savasana, allowing the body to integrate the practice, leading to complete relaxation and inner stillness.
