Budokon Yobility is a dynamic class by combining elements of Budokon Yoga & Budokon Mobility, blending and building them into a flow. The focus is on smooth, elegant, and also aesthetic transitions from posture to posture.
During our Budokon Yobility session creative sequences will be created into a later on strong but fluid flow, influenced by yoga, martial arts, animal locomotion, and free movement forms, we’ll find lots of floorwork, activation of the back and front of the body, transitions into inversions and hip and shoulder mobility. The techniques are learned through repetition and precision, with a focus on the subtlety of movement and experiencing a new body awareness.
