Join our newest member of our Budokon Hamburg Family, Sara Lyn. She's just not a Budokonera, but also teaches various yoga-style classes, and Pilates and is one beast of a warrior woman while practicing Muay Thai, not just in Hamburg but also in Thailand. Her classes are powerful and sweaty, so get ready for an amazing round igniting with her a journey hand in hand with your inner yogi and warrior.
She'll guide you on this amazing Saturday morning thru the first 5 Sections of the Budokon Primary Series:

The special will take place at our renowned hideaway at Planten un Blomen. For this event please do not forget your mat & water.
