Budokon meets BJJ with Winnie Collins & Lilo Asensi

During this Workshop we will delve deeper into the Budokon Mixed Movement Matrix. With a mixed focus on YOGA, MOBILITY (YOBILITY) &  BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU (BJJ), you will train all areas of Budokon. Budokon is a Mixed Movement Arts System, where we ignite the martial artists within you & have developed a conditioning curriculum with our Budokon Mobility, Yoga and Crawling Patterns that make us such unique and well-rounded movers & athletes.

Budokon Yobility allows you to deepen the soft and elegant movements of Budokon, as well as improve your mobility and coordination. BJJ, on the other hand, focuses on the combat aspect of Budokon, which combines various traditional fighting styles under one roof to create an intelligent mixed martial artist.
