We are thrilled to share with you a day full of movement inspired by our passion for Budokon Mixed Movement Arts.
Winnie -Budokon Hamburg & Tabea -Budokon Kiel will share & give you space to ignite the Way, into your inner warrior & into your inner yogi. We will move and explore thru the Budokon Primary & Secondary Series, but before, we will warm up the body, calm the mind and warm the soul, igniting our day with a Matcha Ceremony & Meditation session.
After our practice, we will then have time to share and connect with others during our vegan lunch and have time to take…
