For whom?

For teachers who've already completed a foundational training (starting from 200h TT) and want to walk away actually equipped to teach arm balances — not just perform them. If you finished your TT recently and felt like arm balances got skipped over or rushed, or if you're already teaching and keep improvising your way through cueing these poses, this is built for exactly that gap. It's not for complete beginners — you should be comfortable in yoga generally and ready to work hard for three days.

Why?
