Cancellation Policies, Terms & Conditions

Please note that registration is binding on both sides. This means that you have the right to your place, and I am entitled to the invoice amount due.

To secure your spot, you need to pay a registration fee of €500.00 p.P. This deposit is non-refundable in case of a cancellation. The non-refundable registration fee is due within 72 hours after receiving your booking confirmation email.

The outstanding retreat fee is due on March 31st, 2025 at the latest. 

Participants who cancel before the 31st of March 2025, will forfeit 100% of the total retreat fee. After that period, no refund will be made. If you are unable to attend the retreat, you can find a substitute. In this case, I will refund you your retreat fee minus a €50 processing fee after receipt of payment of the replacement person. By transferring your registration fee, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Please note:

· In case of a cancellation of the yoga retreat from our side due to a too small number of participants, I will refund the yoga retreat- and registration fee in full. 

​

· I am not responsible for organizing any of your travels, and they have to be paid at your own expense.

​

· If the payment of either the deposit or the remaining balance is not received by the due date, I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

​

· The organizer reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the booking of any registered guests who have already paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them. 

​

· The organizer reserves the right of modifications to the retreat schedule.

​

· The retreat guest is liable for any losses and all damages (house, surrounding land, pool, and all facilities) that arise during the use of the yoga retreat/yoga workshop.

​

· The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities.

​

· The organizer is not liable for any failures beyond its control. (natural disasters, closure of airports, accidents, or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors)

​

· I recommend having travel insurance/cancellation cover.

​
